Secure dogs

Before service begins, all dogs must be inside the home or safely secured somewhere the technician will not enter.

We clean

The customer does not need to be home. We scoop the yard, sanitize equipment, and check the gate before leaving.

Completion text

After the visit is finished, the customer receives a service-complete notification. They may then let the dogs back into the serviced yard.

Scheduling that prevents double-booking

Your $10 first-cleanup payment is completed securely through Square before the live appointment calendar opens. Once a time is booked, Square removes that time from availability automatically.

Select and activate your recurring weekly plan so the $10 introductory first-cleanup price applies.

Pay $10 & choose a time

Pay the $10 first-cleanup charge securely through Square. After successful payment, Square sends you to the live booking calendar to choose an available protected 75-minute first-cleanup slot.

Recurring route is reserved

After your first cleanup is booked, Ridgecrest Poop Scoop places your ongoing visits on the internal route calendar so recurring service stays protected from double-booking.

Route spacing: regular recurring stops are planned in 45-minute blocks. First cleanups use protected 75-minute calendar blocks so there is room for cleanup plus travel/buffer time.

This form is only for recurring dog poop cleanup. Submit your dog-service details, activate your recurring plan, pay the $10 introductory cleanup, and then choose your first appointment in Square.

Ridgecrest Poop Scoop Service Agreement

1. Dog safety. Customer agrees that all dogs will be secured inside the home or in another safe enclosed area before service begins. Dogs must remain secured until the customer receives a service-complete notification.

2. Unsafe access. Ridgecrest Poop Scoop may skip or stop service if a dog is loose, aggressive, or otherwise creates an unsafe condition.

3. Gate access. Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the service area. Ridgecrest Poop Scoop will make a reasonable effort to close and secure the gate after service.

4. Yard condition. The advertised first-cleanup special applies to normal buildup. Excessive buildup, unusually large yards, or special cleanup conditions may require a separate quote before work begins.

5. Payment, scheduling, and recurring service. The $10 introductory first-cleanup price is available when starting recurring service. The recurring plan is activated first, then the $10 first cleanup is paid through Square before the customer chooses an available first-cleanup appointment. Recurring service continues until canceled. Ongoing visits are placed on the service calendar by Ridgecrest Poop Scoop after signup. Customer may cancel future service by contacting Ridgecrest Poop Scoop before the next scheduled visit, subject to any payment processor timing.

6. Weather and access. Severe weather, locked gates, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible yards may require service to be delayed or rescheduled.

7. Notifications. Customer agrees to receive service-related texts or emails, including arrival and completion notifications, at the contact information provided.

This saves your dog-service request and dog/access instructions directly with Ridgecrest Poop Scoop. Square will still collect booking contact/address information when you choose your appointment.
