Secure dogs

Before service begins, all dogs must be inside the home or safely secured somewhere the technician will not enter.

We clean

The customer does not need to be home. We scoop the yard, sanitize equipment, and check the gate before leaving.

Completion text

After the visit is finished, the customer receives a service-complete notification. They may then let the dogs back into the serviced yard.

Ridgecrest Poop Scoop Service Agreement

1. Dog safety. Customer agrees that all dogs will be secured inside the home or in another safe enclosed area before service begins. Dogs must remain secured until the customer receives a service-complete notification.

2. Unsafe access. Ridgecrest Poop Scoop may skip or stop service if a dog is loose, aggressive, or otherwise creates an unsafe condition.

3. Gate access. Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the service area. Ridgecrest Poop Scoop will make a reasonable effort to close and secure the gate after service.

4. Yard condition. The advertised first-cleanup special applies to normal buildup. Excessive buildup, unusually large yards, or special cleanup conditions may require a separate quote before work begins.

5. Recurring service. Weekly service continues until canceled. Customer may cancel future service by contacting Ridgecrest Poop Scoop before the next scheduled visit, subject to any payment processor timing.

6. Weather and access. Severe weather, locked gates, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible yards may require service to be delayed or rescheduled.

7. Notifications. Customer agrees to receive service-related texts or emails, including arrival and completion notifications, at the contact information provided.
